Join us on July 1 for unforgettable fun and en- tertainment! Our celebrations kick off at 10:30 a.m. with a parade through Historic Downtown Port Perry, featuring our annual “Vettes for Vets”, along with an- tique cars, local athletes, fife & drum and pipe bands, historical characters and more. While the parade ends in Palmer Park, the fun has only just begun! After opening ceremonies, the day is packed full of live performances, activities in the Kid Zone, tasty vendors, beverage tent and tons of exciting, inclu- sive events for the entire family. The night ends with the best firework show in Durham Region, displayed over Lake Scugog. You will not want to miss out as Scugog celebrates Canada Day in Palmer Park!
