It heads northeast out of Uxbridge, passes into our Township just north of Highway 47 on Lakeridge Road, and eventually crosses Marsh Hill Road just west of Port Perry. It continues in that same direction through Blackwater and ultimately, all the way to Lindsay.” The other trail takes a more southerly path. “The Oak Ridges Moraine Trail runs just north of Chalk Lake, passing through the Crow’s Pass Conservation Area and Purple Woods, before turn- ing south to Townline Road, at the north end of Oshawa. It’s beautiful along there.” ...................... Please turn to page 41 It’s a family affair! The McDougall family takes advantage of everything Scugog has to offer outdoors.
