FOCUS - JULY 2015 17 PhotobyLynnCampbell 20 haircuts four-foot teddy bears swings and slide and a little girl with a million dollar smile. What do they all have in common The Rosario Greco Styles team is raising funds to surprise four-year-old cancer survivor Olivia Jessica Lee Worr by building her a playground through the Million Dollar Smiles program. The build takes place on July 12 just three days before her fifth birthday. Community support is necessary to make this dream a reality. If you want to be part of the magic you can pop into the salon at 21 Wilbur Ave. and make a donation or join the fun at the Cut-a-thon planned for Sunday July 5 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. All haircuts for the fundraising Cut-a-thon will be a minimum charge of 20 with 100ofthemoneygoingtowards Olivias new playground. There will also be 5050 draw tickets raffle prizes and refreshments available for purchase. The goal is to raise 2500 for the amazing Million Dollar Smiles playhouse complete with swings and slides and places to climb. Gift donations for door and raffle prizes will graciously be accepted until Saturday July 4. Olivia loves the outdoors and she says she likes to hang on the fence and play on the equipment at the park and at school. Having this fabulous play- ground built right in her own backyard will certainly be a dream come true. .......... Please turn to page 47
